Numbers only — leave out any letters, model codes, or spaces.
Where do I find the serial number?

Upright pianos: open the top lid and look near the top of the cast-iron plate, or on the wood frame just above the keys.

Grand pianos: lift the lid and look on the cast-iron plate near the tuning pins — you may need to gently slide the music desk toward the keys to see it fully.

It's typically 4–7 digits. Skip any letters before or after the number when entering it above.
